Hi Son & Loonie, As the contact window of GP document had changed, following the new rule and the instruction from the new contact, material vendors should be liable to upload GP related documents to the vendor system. Fii side will contact the vendors of not ALT designated materials to do the same thing. But for consign/buy&sell and ALT designated materials, we will need ALT to ask your vendors to upload related documents on the system or ALT can help to upload. I've attached the login guide here for your reference. Please make sure that every vendor need to apply for one account. (e.g. if your designated materials came from 9 vendors, then you will need to apply for 9 accounts and upload the documents separately.) For vendor code, you can use ALT vendor code for each account you apply. ALT vendor code: VKR0010213 (I've also attached the ALT designated/consign/buy and sell parts list.) For GP application, the necessary documents listed below: (please find more details in GP website handbook-For Supplier English version_New.ppt) 1.REACH Compliance Declaration Some articles in product contain SVHC above a concentration of 0.1%(w/w) ,Please complete the table1 in the REACH and the FII-SCIP DATABASE- Supplier Compliance Declaration. 2.Hazardous Substance Concentration Spreadsheet ----please upload this format together with the test reports on the test report column 3.Third party test report （ English report within two years） ----(Halogen- Free (HF) component need test Cl&Br ; Wood Pallet need test formaldehyde) 4.Material Composition Form (MCF) ----Battery need provide Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) For the upload process, you will see various guide in English after you login the system for you to check.
